Which data sources does Pandlens use?

BAG via Kadaster/PDOK, energy labels via EP-Online (RVO) and neighbourhood statistics via CBS. Attribution is included in every response.

How fresh is the data?

Datasets refresh nightly. Each block includes sourceAsOf for the reference date.

Can I bulk-download energy labels?

No. Pandlens serves labels only through per-address lookups in your application, per EP-Online terms. No CSV export or mass download.

Is there personal data?

No. Only building and neighbourhood attributes linked to postcode and house number.

Who is Pandlens not for?

If you only need address validation without building context, a cheaper address-only API may be enough.
